Pirinač sa kimom i pečurkama

1 šolja pirinča, 300 gr pečuraka, 1 srednja glavica crnog luka, 2 vk ulja, ½ mk kima, 2 čena belog luka, lovorovog lišća, so, biber.

 

Pirinač operemo, pečurke i crni luk iseckamo. Ulje zagrejemo i dodamo kim, isitnjen lovor list i beli luk, prodinstamo nekoliko sekundi. Dodamo isečen crni luk i dinstamo desetak minuta. Dodamo pečurke i dalje dinstamo opet desetak minuta. Dodamo pirinač, lagano promešamo, nalijemo vode i pustimo da provri. Poklopimo, smanjimo vatru i kuvamo na tihoj vatri oko 25 minuta. Kada je gotovo skinemo sa vatre i nakon 5 minuta lagano promešamo.
