Pasulj sa pšenicom

20 dkg pasulja, 1 šolja pšenice, 1 glavica crni luka, 2 čena belog luka, 1 lovorov list, 1 paradajz (ili 2 vk paradajz-pirea), 1 zelena paprika, 2 šargarepe, 1 celer, peršunov list, 2-3 vk brašna, voda.

Preko noći ostavimo pasulj i pšenicu u vodi. Sutradan kuvamo pasulj i pšenicu u istom loncu jedan sat. Zatim prodinstamo povrće, crni luk isečen na kockice, beli luk zgnječen, šargarepu isečenu na kolutove. Nakon toga celer i peršunov list dodamo u pasulj, nalijemo vode, ubacimo i lovorov list, začine, te kuvamo dalje dok se povrće ne smekša. Možemo od brašna i vode da napravimo na kraju tanku zapršku.
