Pirinač sa sočivom i pečurkama

1 glavica crnog luka, 2 čena belog luka, 1 zelena paprika, 15 dkg pečuraka, 15 dkg smeđeg pirinča, 15 dkg sočiva – prethodnog dana potopljenog u vodu, peršunov list, malo ulja ili putera, so, biber. 

Na ulju prodinstamo crni luk isečen sitno, beli luk, pečurke i papriku. Nakon dinstanja nalijemo 6 dl vode i dodamo pirinač i sočivo. Kada je jelo skoro savim gotovo dodamo peršunov list iseckan sitno.
