15 dkg zobenih pahuljica, kuvani krompir, rendane šargarepe, iseckan crni luk, izrendan beli luk, 1 režanj suvog hleba, perunov list, so. 

Zobene pahuljice natopimo u toploj vodi na nekih pola sata. Ako ostane vode na njima, to odlijemo i dodamo im izgnječen krompi, natopljen hleb i začine. Nauljenim rukama formiramo faširane šnicle koje pomalo spoljštimo. Poređamo ih u tepsiju i spečemo.
